Resourceful. Top 3 for hiring. Creating opportunities.

Here’s your 3 actionable insights (in under 3 mins).

🧰 Resourceful

Last week’s newsletter was one of the most clicked and replied to emails. (Appreciate you all and love interacting w/ each reply!)

This helped me do something I’ve been wanting to do for a while…

I started to compile a collection of my favorite resources and tech tools — that have had outsized impact on my own productivity and life.

While I’m all for keeping things simple (perfection is the enemy of progress), the right tools, frameworks, and examples can serve as force multipliers—amplifying impact with little added effort.

So this is more of an activation kit with resources and real examples for you to get results.

(I mainly have the tech recs so far and will be adding more examples soon!)

Handful of some of my favorites (still adding to to this)

Would love to hear what's in your activation kit?

What else should I add here (or call this)?

🔍 Top 3 For Hiring

When hiring, Warren Buffet looks of three things:

  • Intelligence

  • Initiative

  • Integrity

Last one is most important.

“We look for three things when we hire people. We look for intelligence, we look for initiative or energy, and we look for integrity. And if they don’t have the latter, the first two will kill you, because if you’re going to get someone without integrity, you want them lazy and dumb.”

🤔 Creating Opportunities

“Momentum begets momentum, and the best way to start is to start.”

- Gil Penchina

Best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago. Second best time was 9 years ago. (Jk second best is TODAY. How about now? )

Happy planting.
