Ehh, not so fast.

I changed my opinion on this recently. Here’s why.

Jobs pay you for what you’re already good at. 

Not what you’re bad at. 

So you hit your local maxima…unless you develop outside skills. 

How? 

The great ones steal. 

Kobe stole moves from MJ by watching him on VHS tapes. 

Jayson Tatum stole from Kobe by watching him on YouTube. 

The information is abundant. The effort is scarce.

Gumption = shrewd or spirited initiative and resourcefulness.

Not sure why, but love this word.
