🌱 The 24-Hour-You
This might change your day today...
Here’s your 3 insights in 3 minutes.
🏟️ Stadium of Selves
Steph Ango, CEO of Obsidian, wrote this beautiful 1-minute essay called Stadium of selves.

He imagines every day of your life as a seat in a stadium — each one filled by a different version of you.
There are 80 days left in 2025.
That’s 80 more seats to fill.
What can you do today to make all your future selves proud of the one on stage right now?
⏲️ The 24-Hour-You
So what can you really do in a day?
Turns out, a lot.
Chris Williamson asks himself: “What would tomorrow-me want today-me to do?”
Then he just does that.

Real example right now:
Friday-Mitchell (hi that’s me) is finishing this newsletter right now.
Saturday-Mitchell is going to be very happy about that.
Monday-Mitchell is always really glad when Sunday-Mitchell does a quick weekly prep.
What would tomorrow-you want you-today to do?
🤔 Quote
"How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives."
I’ll never forget my first job out of college. A couple months in, one of the older consultants scared the sh*t out of me.
It was at the end of the day, I ran into him in the bathroom and I said “yoo” (my typical greeting).
He said, “You know, just one more day closer to retirement.” (He was 24. Yikes!)
You can count the days. Or make the days count.
Salud,
Mitchell
