🌱 Spot Patterns. Stay Consistent. Get Results.
Spot the pattern → Commit to consistency → Let it compound.
Most people chase hacks.
The real unlock? Spot your own patterns, double down on consistency, and watch the results stack.
Here’s your 3 insights in 3 minutes to help you do exactly that.
To make this even MORE valuable for you, here’s the format this week:
🔍 Insight (golden nugget)
⚡ Action (how to implement it)
đź“‹ Example (real example to see it further)
Let’s boogie.
🔍 (Insight) How to Spot Patterns
Brandon Epstein is a high-performance mental coach for pro athletes and entrepreneurs. He just went on Joe Rogan’s pod this week talking about the inner work of elite performers.
I interviewed him on my podcast last month breaking down specific tactics and strategies he uses with pro athletes. (soo yea mine is basically a JRE feeder!)
After reading Brandon’s book and jamming with him on the pod, I realized the power of pattern matching.
Here’s what I mean.
As the zen proverb goes, “what you resist persists.” So step zero is to become of aware of what feelings we are resisting in the first place.
INSIGHT: In order to spot patterns… First collect data points.
The easiest starting place Brandon recommends is just checking in with how we feel daily.
So I setup this recurring reminder a few times a day:

To literally just ask myself: “what does it feel like to be me in this moment?”
If this feels too simple or dumb, I thought the same (at first).
I found it was easiest for me to just go on a quick walk and audibly talk this out into a voice note. After doing this for a few weeks you start to notice patterns (ex: my fear of not being good enough.)

Here’s a short clip of Brandon explaining this concept to me.
⚡ (Action) Unlock Your Consistency
The nugget that really stuck with me was examining patterns of consistency.
Brandon mentioned a trait that all the highest performing athletes and founders all shared.
From nutrition to exercise to business building... They just keep showing up.
Look at where you already have great results. Chances are, consistency go you there. And where you don’t, usually inconsistency is the culprit.
ACTION: Pick ONE area you want to grow and consider how you might commit to consistency to get there?
For me, I’ve consistently exercised every day since January 2020. I’ve consistently published this newsletter every week for almost 4 years.
So I got curious… Where else can I tap into consistency?
This led me to sign up and commit to a premium ai course I’m taking right now and doing it literally every day for 30 days. (More on this soon, as I only recommend things to you after I’ve tested them!)
Consistency starts with commitment.
Here’s the 4 C’s of Confidence for more on how to start with commitments.
📚 (Examples) Add Value With Content
To see this principle in action at the highest level, let’s dive into a crazy example.
Yesterday, Alex Hormozi broke the world record for most non-fiction books sold in a day. Bonkers.
I watched the VIP stream to study the marketing flow.
The biggest learning didn’t even come from Alex—it came from his wife, Leila. She said the #1 gamechanger was content.
But not just “make content.” The pattern was: create the most valuable thing you can, then share it consistently.
That’s how they spotted patterns in their own work and doubled down until it scaled.
Huge part of their success was spotting patterns (in other businesses and in their own content) then applying consistency to level up.

That’s why I love consulting. It’s not just solving problems — it’s spotting patterns.
When you can see what’s working (and what’s not), you can apply consistency, build systems, and let small actions compound into big results.
This isn’t just for entrepreneurs. It’s for anyone who wants more out of their health, relationships, or work.
Spot the pattern. Commit to consistency. Watch the results stack up.
Until next week ✌️

Mitchell
